Very knowledgeable and helpful

Brilliant service offered here! I had surgery on my thumb in July and had 4 subsequent appts here for physio over the course of 2 months. Each appt was easily made to suit me and both ladies I saw were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My physio was easy to access via an app and instructions were simple to follow and very effective, after being explained and demonstrated by the therapist beforehand. My recovery has been very quick and I feel very lucky to have had this service offered to me. Thankyou so much!

Anicia was very professional but friendly in her approach to my problems post wrist fracture. Her many years of experience with treating hand and wrist problems was very clear to see, and gave me a lot of confidence that my pain and limited movements would improve. She showed great empathy and interest in my case, and provided me with videos and paper instructions on which exercises to do and how often. I would recommend her clinic without any reservations.

Attended this seminar at insomnia cafe Littleover. It was most informative and the range of gadgets shown was brilliant to aid those of us with hand/wrist arthritis.
